Job Description

  1. Provide administrative support to the department by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision making and problem solving.
  3. Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files and records.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individual or department.
  6. Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  7. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute department events and initiatives.
  8. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  10. Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants to ensure seamless operations and support across the department.
