- Provide administrative support: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the department to ensure its smooth operation. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
- Serve as first point of contact: As the first point of contact for the office, the administrative assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment: It is the responsibility of the administrative assistant to ensure that the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is functioning properly.
