  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing technical support duties.
  14. Continuously assess and improve technical support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Assist with the planning and execution of technology upgrades and installations.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and systems.
  17. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  18. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours technical support when necessary.
  19. Document and maintain knowledge base articles and resources for common technical issues.
  20. Keep accurate records of technical support activities and provide reports when necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Help Desk Role.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
