  11. Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding IT security and data privacy.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical IT systems.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to implement and maintain IT solutions.
  14. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on new systems and processes.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on the state's IT operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In It Project Management Or Systems Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal It Policies And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Collaborating With Stakeholders And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Various Programming Languages, Database Management, And Software Development Methodologies.
