  1. Manage and oversee the grant funding process, including application, approval, and monitoring of grant programs.
  2. Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals.
  3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to grant funding.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on grant programs and address any concerns or issues.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of grant funding sources and track the status of all grants.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate grant activities and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  7. Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure funds are being used effectively and efficiently.
  8. Prepare and submit reports on grant activities and outcomes to relevant parties.
  9. Stay informed about changes in grant regulations and policies and adjust procedures accordingly.
  10. Provide guidance and support to staff and stakeholders involved in grant projects.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all grant-related documents.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve grant management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent the organization in meetings and events related to grants and funding opportunities.
  14. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff and stakeholders on grant procedures and requirements.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all grant-related activities and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Writing, Management, Or Administration.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Grant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Manage Budgets.
