  1. Utilize the Automated Record Data Collection (ARDC) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date offender records.
  2. Work closely with various departments within the Department of Corrections to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  3. Conduct thorough and detailed reviews of offender records to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  4. Collaborate with the ARDC team to develop and implement strategies for improving data integrity and accuracy.
  5. Monitor and analyze data trends to identify potential issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
  6. Communicate effectively with other departments and agencies to obtain necessary information for offender records.
  7. Stay updated on changes in corrections operations and procedures to ensure compliance with current standards.
  8. Provide training and support to staff on the use of the ARDC system and best practices for maintaining accurate records.
  9. Conduct regular audits of the ARDC system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to offender records and the use of the ARDC system.
  12. Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed on relevant updates and changes.
  13. Collaborate with IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the ARDC system.
  14. Keep detailed and organized records of all tasks and activities related to the ARDC system.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission of maintaining safe and secure correctional facilities through accurate and compliant offender records.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Corrections Facility Or With The Criminal Justice System.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Pertaining To Corrections And Inmate Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations.
