  1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of our organization's operations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  2. Identify any potential compliance violations and work with relevant departments to develop solutions and corrective action plans.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and data related to compliance requirements.
  4. Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees to promote understanding and adherence to laws and regulations.

  9. Monitor and track progress on corrective action plans to ensure compliance.
  10. Serve as a resource for employees regarding compliance-related questions and concerns.
  11. Participate in meetings and trainings related to compliance and ethical standards.
  12. Continuously review and assess the effectiveness of our organization's compliance policies and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other compliance examiners and departments to share best practices and promote a culture of compliance.
  14. Adhere to all ethical standards and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  15. Uphold the reputation of the State of Louisiana by promoting a culture of accountability and ethical behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Regulatory Examination.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To The Industry Being Examined.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Present Findings And Recommendations To Management.
