  1. Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges.
  2. Implement evidence-based interventions to address behavioral issues and promote positive behavior change.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  4. Monitor and track client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  5. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families, offering resources and strategies to promote positive behavior.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment interventions.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the field of behavior therapy.
  8. Continuously stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of behavior therapy.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive treatment environment.
  10. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop effective treatment strategies.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families.
  12. Adhere to all agency policies and procedures and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  13. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in behavior therapy.
  14. Advocate for clients and their families to ensure they receive the best possible care and support.
  15. Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • At Least Two Years Of Experience Working As A Behavior Therapist Or In A Related Field, Preferably In A Clinical Or Educational Setting.

  • Certification Or Licensure As A Behavior Analyst (Bcba Or Bcaba) From The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Bacb).

  • Familiarity With Evidence-Based Behavior Therapy Principles And Techniques, Such As Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Professionals, Families, And Individuals With Special Needs.
