  1. Develop and implement aviation training curriculum for students to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful career in the aviation industry.
  2. Conduct engaging and informative classroom lectures, as well as hands-on training sessions, to educate students on various aspects of aviation, such as flight procedures, aircraft maintenance, and safety protocols.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the aviation industry and incorporate them into the training curriculum to provide students with relevant and practical knowledge.
  4. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and achieve their career goals.
  5. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, encouraging participation and fostering a passion for aviation.
  6. Ensure all training materials and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition for safe and effective use.
  7. Collaborate with other aviation professionals and industry experts to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Enforce safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure the well-being of students and the smooth operation of training sessions.
  9. Mentor and guide students, providing advice and support in their career development within the aviation industry.
  10. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and superiors to provide updates on student progress and any issues or concerns that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Faa Certified Flight Instructor (Cfi) With Instrument Rating

  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 1,500 Hours Of Flight Experience, Including 500 Hours Of Flight Instruction

  • Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Regulations (Fars) And Aviation Safety Procedures

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effectively Teaching And Mentoring Students.
