  4. Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and execute projects.
  5. Ensure all audio and visual content meets state standards and regulations.
  6. Edit and post-produce audio and video content to ensure a professional and polished final product.
  7. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio and visual technology.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth production processes.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver desired results.
  10. Maintain organized records of projects, including budgets, timelines, and final deliverables.
  11. Train and mentor junior production staff to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  12. Represent the State of Louisiana at production-related events and conferences.
  13. Adhere to all state policies and procedures related to production and equipment usage.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Audio Engineering, Film Production, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Audio Visual Production, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Audio And Video Editing Software, Such As Adobe Premiere Pro And Pro Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Audio Visual Production, Including Live Streaming, Virtual Events, And Interactive Media.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
