  1. Develop and implement effective programs and initiatives that align with the state's mission and goals.

  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and expenditures.
  13. Act as a liaison between the state government and local communities, advocating for program needs and addressing any concerns or issues.
  14. Ensure program policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to meet changing needs and regulations.
  15. Represent the state and its programs at conferences, meetings, and other events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Administrative Roles.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
