- Assist with recruitment and retention efforts for the cosmetology program.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
- Comply with state licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Represent the school and the cosmetology program in a positive and professional manner.
Valid Cosmetology License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Cosmetology License Issued By The State Of Louisiana.
Teaching Experience: Previous Experience Teaching Cosmetology Courses, Either At A Vocational School Or Community College, Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of State Cosmetology Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The State's Cosmetology Regulations And Be Able To Effectively Teach Students About These Guidelines.
Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For An Adjunct Instructor To Effectively Convey Information To Students.
Industry Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Cosmetology Industry Is Required, With A Focus On Hands-On Skills Such As Hair Cutting, Styling, And Coloring.
