  1. Maintain accurate inventory records for all supplies and materials.
  2. Monitor stock levels and anticipate supply needs.
  3. Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring they match orders and meet quality standards.
  4. Organize and store supplies and materials in a neat and orderly manner.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner.
  6. Communicate with vendors regarding order status and discrepancies.
  7. Perform regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards in the storage and handling of supplies.
  9. Train and supervise junior storekeepers and support staff.
  10. Utilize inventory management software to track and maintain inventory levels.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized storage environment.
  13. Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, usage, and expenditures.
  14. Collaborate with purchasing department to track and reconcile orders and invoices.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Storekeeping, Inventory Management, Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Basic Computer Applications, Such As Microsoft Excel And Inventory Management Software

  • Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, And Work In A Physically Demanding Environment As Needed.
