  1. Provide support and services to vulnerable populations in the community.
  2. Assist individuals and families in navigating through challenging situations.

  17. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  18. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to enhance services for clients.
  19. Act as an advocate for social justice and equality.
  20. Represent the agency and its mission in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Social Work Role, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Social Work And Human Services.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Collaborate With Other Professionals.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Social Worker (Lsw) Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) In The State Of Illinois.
