  1. Attend training sessions and actively participate in learning opportunities to gain knowledge and understanding of social services policies and procedures.
  2. Assist in conducting client assessments to determine their needs and eligibility for services.
  3. Collaborate with experienced social workers to develop and implement individualized service plans for clients.
  4. Provide direct support to clients by connecting them with necessary resources and services, such as food assistance, housing, and healthcare.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and services provided.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  7. Advocate for clients and their needs, while also respecting their autonomy and confidentiality.
  8. Continuously seek out opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the field of social services.
  9. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop effective strategies for service delivery.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of services.
  11. Keep abreast of changes in social services policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  12. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards clients, recognizing their unique backgrounds and experiences.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  14. Collaborate with other professionals, such as mental health counselors and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  15. Continuously reflect on personal biases and actively work towards cultural competency and sensitivity in service delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field.
