Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Public Sector Management Or Leadership Role.
Knowledge Of State Government Processes And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans And Policies To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Government Programs.
