- Work closely with stakeholders, including state agencies, to gather requirements and ensure products meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support product development and delivery.
- Monitor and report on product performance, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure products comply with state regulations and standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to inform product development strategies.
- Train and mentor junior product development team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop effective product launch strategies and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Present product updates and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Development, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Product Development And Procurement Processes.
