  2. Draft legal documents: The Paralegal Assistant will assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
  3. Manage case files: The Paralegal Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing case files, including maintaining electronic and physical files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all necessary documents are filed and organized appropriately.
  4. Communicate with clients and court personnel: The Paralegal Assistant will be the main point of contact for clients and court personnel, providing updates on case status and scheduling appointments or hearings as needed.
  5. Provide administrative support: The Paralegal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and maintaining calendars.
  6. Ensure compliance: The Paralegal Assistant will assist attorneys in ensuring compliance with court rules, procedures, and deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal Or Legal Assistant

  • Proficiency In Legal Research And Document Management Software

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Draft Legal Documents And Communicate With Clients And Attorneys Effectively.
