  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for office personnel.
  3. Create and maintain office procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.
  5. Train and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Maintain office budget and track expenses, ensuring that all spending is within allocated funds.
  7. Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering and restocking as needed.
  8. Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to support the overall goals and objectives of the state.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  11. Oversee the processing of paperwork, records, and other administrative tasks.
  12. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to office operations.
  13. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new office personnel.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to office staff.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve office processes and procedures.
