Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing, Implementing, And Evaluating Policies And Procedures In A Government Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Government Operations And Procedures.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Effective Solutions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
