- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the state's healthcare marketplace, including insurance plans and enrollment processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with qualified insurance brokers to ensure a wide range of options for individuals and businesses.

- Facilitate the enrollment process for individuals and businesses, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to individuals and businesses throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions and assist with data analysis to track the effectiveness of the marketplace broker program.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and laws.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving the marketplace broker program.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Represent the state of Illinois in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Insurance Brokerage Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Insurance Regulations And Policies, Specifically In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Brokers And Clients.
