  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of supply and inventory functions at multiple warehouse facilities.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
  3. Coordinate with state agencies to understand their supply needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  4. Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to support the demands of state agencies.
  5. Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper inventory management procedures and safety protocols.
  6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with inventory control processes and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate ordering of supplies.
  8. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supply usage, and delivery schedules.
  9. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing warehouse operations.
  10. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may arise.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.
  13. Respond promptly to any supply or inventory-related issues or emergencies.
  14. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to warehouse operations.
  15. Mentor and support team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Management Or Supervision, Preferably In A Corrections Or Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Control And Supply Chain Management Principles.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Warehouse Operations And Corrections Facilities.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Coordinate With Other Departments.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
