  1. Conduct in-depth data analysis and research to support the state's economic growth and development initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  3. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting quality checks and troubleshooting any discrepancies.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  7. Work closely with other departments and agencies to gather and share data for cross-functional analysis.
  8. Provide support and guidance to team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  9. Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and updates on data analysis projects.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.
  11. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to data confidentiality and security.
  12. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Assist in the development of reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for policy changes.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Data Analysis, And/Or Financial Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite, With Advanced Skills In Excel And Data Visualization Software.

  • Knowledge Of Illinois State Government Policies And Procedures, Particularly In The Areas Of Budgeting And Procurement.
