Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Basic Counseling Techniques And Principles.
Experience Working With Individuals And Families In A Social Services Setting.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Sense Of Empathy And Compassion.
