  1. Provide administrative support to upper management by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Create and maintain organized and accurate filing systems for important documents and records.
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  4. Answer and screen phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are always available.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate communication between various departments and individuals.
  7. Schedule and arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events.
  8. Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  10. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  11. Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  12. Act as a liaison between upper management and other staff members, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the office and the organization.
  14. Stay updated on office policies and procedures and ensure they are followed consistently.
  15. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Secretarial Or Administrative Role, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Staff, Including Executives And Government Officials.
