  1. Develop and implement strategies for connecting job seekers with employment and training resources.
  2. Coordinate with various government agencies, community organizations, and employers to identify job opportunities and training programs.
  3. Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract job seekers to available programs and services.
  4. Evaluate the needs and qualifications of job seekers and make appropriate referrals to employment and training programs.
  5. Provide guidance and support to job seekers throughout the job search and training process.
  6. Collaborate with employers to understand their workforce needs and develop partnerships for job placement and training opportunities.
  7. Monitor and track the progress and success of job seekers in employment and training programs.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to promote and enhance employment and training services.
  9. Stay updated on current labor market trends and changes in employment and training policies and regulations.
  10. Prepare and submit reports on program outcomes and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of job seeker information and program data.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving employment and training services.
  13. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  14. Communicate effectively with job seekers, employers, and colleagues to provide high-quality customer service.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and adapt programs to meet the changing needs of job seekers and employers in the State of Illinois.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Vocational Counseling, Or A Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In Workforce Development Programs, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Employment Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Diverse Populations.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting To Track Program Outcomes And Make Strategic Recommendations.
