1. Maintain the safety and security of the facility by enforcing rules and regulations.
2. Monitor inmate behavior and ensure compliance with facility policies.
3. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility and inmate living areas.
4. Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
5. Communicate effectively with inmates, staff, and visitors to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
6. Facilitate rehabilitation and reintegration for inmates by providing support and guidance.
7. Complete required training and maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and laws related to corrections.
8. Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and ethical behavior at all times.
9. Remain calm and composed in stressful situations and de-escalate conflicts when necessary.
10. Document and report any incidents or unusual occurrences according to protocol.
