  3. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure a comprehensive approach to offender management and rehabilitation.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and progress made by offenders.
  5. Monitor and track offender progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of assessment tools and procedures to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Communicate effectively with offenders, fellow staff members, and other agencies involved in the offender's case.
  8. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain the safety of the facility and staff.
  9. Provide support and guidance to offenders, helping them to develop skills and behaviors necessary for successful reintegration into society.
  10. Stay informed of current trends and best practices in the field of corrections, and integrate this knowledge into daily responsibilities.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards, upholding the values of the department and the facility.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve and enhance job performance.
  13. Serve as a positive and supportive role model for offenders, demonstrating empathy, respect, and professionalism at all times.
  14. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by the department and the facility.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Corrections Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Corrections And Inmate Assessment.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Handle Sensitive Information With Confidentiality.
