- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement contract compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors to address any compliance concerns and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any reported violations of contract compliance.

- Stay up-to-date on any changes to laws and regulations that may impact contract compliance.
- Train and educate staff on contract compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance contract compliance processes.
- Prepare and present reports on contract compliance to management and government officials.
- Assist in the development and review of new contracts to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for external audits and investigations related to contract compliance.
- Uphold the state's mission and values of providing efficient and effective services to residents through ethical and responsible contract management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Compliance, Auditing, Or Procurement.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws, Rules, And Regulations Related To Contracts And Procurement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.
