
Conservation/Historic Preservation Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Conservation/Historic Preservation Worker to join our team. - Conduct regular inspections of natural landscapes and historic sites to ensure preservation and maintenance standards are being met.
- Develop and implement conservation and preservation plans for designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as landscaping, cleaning, and repairs, to ensure the preservation of natural landscapes and historic sites.
- Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to plan and execute conservation and preservation projects.
- Monitor and report on the condition of natural landscapes and historic sites, identifying potential issues and addressing them in a timely manner.
- Educate visitors and the general public on the importance of conservation and historic preservation.
- Enforce rules and regulations related to the protection and preservation of natural landscapes and historic sites.
- Coordinate with local and state agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for conservation and preservation projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all conservation and preservation activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the preservation efforts of the state.
Bachelor's Degree In Historic Preservation, Conservation, Architecture, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Historic Preservation Laws And Regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Historic Preservation, Conservation, Or Restoration Work.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team.
Physical Ability To Perform Manual Labor And Work In Various Weather Conditions.
