
CHILD AND FAMILY CONNECTIONS REGIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (TA) SPECIALIST

The State of Illinois is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Child and Family Connections Regional Technical Assistance (TA) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to Child and Family Connections (CFC) agencies and their partners. - Provide technical assistance and support to Child and Family Connections (CFC) agencies and their partners.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with CFC agencies and other stakeholders in the child and family services field.
- Stay up-to-date on current research, best practices, and policies related to child and family services.
- Assist CFC agencies in implementing evidence-based practices and strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for CFC agency staff and partners on various topics related to child and family services.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to identify and address gaps in services for children and families.
- Analyze data and report on the progress and effectiveness of CFC agency programs and strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to CFC agencies in developing and implementing quality improvement plans.
- Stay informed of changes in state and federal regulations and policies related to child and family services and communicate these changes to CFC agencies.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for CFC agencies and partners to address any technical assistance needs or concerns.
- Represent the state and CFC program at meetings, conferences, and other events related to child and family services.
- Collaborate with other TA specialists and stakeholders to identify and address systemic issues and barriers within the CFC program.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of technical assistance provided to CFC agencies and partners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical assistance activities and outcomes.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the CFC program and the state.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Children And Families In A Social Services Or Community-Based Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Illinois Early Intervention Program And Other State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Children And Families.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Including Families, Service Providers, And Community Organizations.
Experience Providing Technical Assistance And Training To Individuals And Groups, Preferably In The Field Of Early Childhood Development Or Special Education.
