- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members and professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention plans.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members on implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavior analysis.
- Work closely with families and individuals to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on treatment strategies.
- Attend trainings and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Assist with behavior crisis management and develop strategies for preventing and mitigating challenging behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and other professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of individuals and families.

Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (Bcaba) Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within 6 Months Of Hire.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Working With Individuals With Developmental Disabilities Or Behavioral Challenges.
Knowledge Of Behavior Change Principles And Techniques, Including Functional Behavior Assessment, Behavior Intervention Planning, And Data Collection And Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Families, Professionals, And Community Partners.
