  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with unemployment insurance benefits.
  2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to unemployment benefits.
  3. Guide individuals through the application process for unemployment benefits, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to gather all necessary information and assess eligibility for benefits.
  5. Review and analyze complex unemployment insurance claims to determine eligibility and make appropriate decisions.
  6. Communicate with applicants and employers to gather additional information and resolve any discrepancies.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and decisions related to unemployment insurance claims.
  8. Stay updated on changes to state and federal laws and regulations related to unemployment benefits and ensure compliance.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to individuals seeking unemployment insurance benefits.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of claims.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to unemployment insurance.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the unemployment insurance program.
  13. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner when interacting with individuals, employers, and other stakeholders.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Unemployment Insurance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Claimants, Employers, And Government Agencies.
