  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.

  8. Identify potential fraud and follow proper procedures for reporting and investigating fraudulent claims.
  9. Assist with outreach and education efforts to inform the community about unemployment benefits and resources available.
