Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Contracts Management, Or Purchasing.
In-Depth Knowledge Of State And Federal Procurement Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Analytical And Research Skills, With The Ability To Evaluate And Compare Product Specifications And Prices.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Vendors, Stakeholders, And Departmental Staff.
