  1. Provide administrative support to the staff at Correctional Facilities in the State of Hawaii.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation of the facilities by handling various administrative tasks and duties.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  6. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  8. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  9. Greet and assist visitors to the facilities.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects.
  11. Follow all established protocols and procedures.
  12. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the State of Hawaii in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In An Office Setting, Preferably In A Correctional Facility Or Government Agency.

  • Knowledge Of Correctional Facility Operations And Procedures, Including Inmate Processing And Documentation.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Database Management.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information In A Professional Manner.
