3. Manage a team of golf course maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
4. Monitor and control the budget for golf course maintenance, including expenses for equipment, supplies, and labor.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as groundskeeping and clubhouse management, to ensure the overall success and smooth operation of the golf courses.
