  1. Oversee and manage various engineering projects and programs across the state of Hawaii.
  2. Ensure the successful completion and implementation of all engineering projects and programs.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify project objectives and deliverables.
  5. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve any project issues.
  7. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within allocated funds.
  8. Hire, train, and manage a team of engineers and support staff to effectively carry out project tasks.
  9. Monitor and evaluate project performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  10. Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure projects adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and contractors to support project delivery.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering to incorporate into project planning and execution.
  13. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote team productivity and engagement.
  14. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff members.
  15. Represent the state of Hawaii in meetings and conferences related to engineering projects and programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Engineering Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
