Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Civil Engineering, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Public Works Department.

  • Professional Engineer (Pe) License In The State Of Hawaii.

  • Knowledge Of Local And State Building Codes, Regulations, And Permit Processes.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
