  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support the state's overall mission and goals
  • Lead and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality results
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies, community leaders, and businesses to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making and project plans
  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reports to track project performance and provide updates to key stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Mentor and guide junior project management staff, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Represent the state at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote our mission and share updates on strategic projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Managing Large-Scale Projects In A Strategic Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery, Including On-Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Scrum.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
