Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management Or Sterile Processing.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Sterile Technician In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Sterile Processing And Infection Control.
Effective Teaching And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Deliver Training Programs.
Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Supervise Students In A Hands-On Learning Environment.
