  9. Provide guidance and support to students who may be struggling academically or facing other challenges.
  10. Continuously assess and evaluate academic advising processes to ensure they are meeting the needs of students.

  12. Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge in academic advising.
  13. Serve as a mentor and role model for other academic advisors.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Academic Advising At The Post-Secondary Level.

  • A Master's Degree In Counseling, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Higher Education, Including Financial Aid And Academic Policies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Students, Faculty, And Staff.
