
Program Coordinator
Responsible for completing all requirements necessary to ensure state grant program meetings meet the State’s open meetings laws. Serves as back-up point-of-contact for all public inquiries related to these state grants programs. Resolve issues and provide timely, responsive, quality customer service for all programs. Coordinates training including revision of forms to current program requirements, handbooks, and other training materials as per program manager(s). As training statewide grantees often occur via remote access, the position coordinates and manage all audiovisual work for webinars including recording training videos and conference calls based on program guidelines. Advises program manager(s) on needed policy and procedure updates and recommendations based on state requirements.
Five years of experience providing support and compliance monitoring for grants
Experience using CORE, the state accounting system
Experience with tracking budget
Ability to prioritize and organize work to accommodate and meet the changing needs of the department and meet deadlines
