  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of the nurse aide program.

  15. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to nursing education.
  16. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Nurse Aide Assistant Professor At State Of Colorado Must Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Colorado: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Colorado. This Is A Requirement To Practice As A Nurse And Teach In This Role.

  • Prior Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Teaching Nurse Aide Courses Or Related Healthcare Courses. This Could Include Experience As A Clinical Instructor Or Teaching Assistant.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations: As A Nurse Aide Assistant Professor, The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Nursing And Nurse Aide Training. This Includes Knowledge Of Curriculum And Clinical Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Nurse Aide Assistant Professor Involves Interacting With Students, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Position.
