- Provide direct mental health services to individuals and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to address clients' mental health needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job duties.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Master's Degree In Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Or Social Work From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Direct Mental Health Services In A Clinical Setting.
Current Licensure As A Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Psychologist (Lp) In The State Of Colorado.
Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Disorders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Setting.
