Welcome to the State of Colorado's maintenance team! We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator to join our dedicated team. As the Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our maintenance data and budget.   1. Manage Maintenance Data: The Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing all maintenance data for the State of Colorado. This includes but is not limited to tracking equipment usage, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  2. Budget Management: The Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator will work closely with the maintenance team to create and manage the annual maintenance budget. This includes forecasting expenses, monitoring spending, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: The Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator will use their strong analytical skills to develop reports and present data to upper management. These reports will help inform decision making and ensure the efficient use of resources.
  4. Process Improvement: The Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator will continuously review and improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This may include implementing new data tracking systems or identifying areas for automation.
  5. Communication: The Maintenance Data/Budget Administrator will serve as the main point of contact for all maintenance data and budget-related inquiries. They must be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and provide timely and accurate information.

Job Qualifications
