- Conduct laboratory research and experiments to identify and monitor invasive species in various ecosystems.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing and controlling invasive species.
- Collaborate with other team members to collect and analyze data on invasive species populations and impacts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of research findings and data.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and developments in invasive species management.
- Assist in the training and supervision of volunteers and interns.
- Participate in fieldwork and surveys to identify potential invasive species and their distribution.
- Communicate with stakeholders and the public about invasive species and their impact on the environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working in the laboratory and in the field.
- Keep track of inventory and equipment necessary for invasive species research and management.
- Assist in the development of grant proposals and reports.

- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
- Attend meetings and conferences related to invasive species management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory procedures and protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Biology, Ecology, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Experience With Invasive Species Identification And Monitoring Techniques.
Familiarity With Gis Software And Data Analysis.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
