Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Development Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices In Workforce Development.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs And Initiatives.
