  • Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Track and report on program outcomes, including participant success and program impact on the state's workforce
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, career centers, and other relevant partners to promote program opportunities and recruit participants
