- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to department leaders in all aspects of human resources management.
- Provide guidance and support to department leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions to address HR issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with department leaders to create a positive work culture and promote employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to human resources.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations and make recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Partner with recruitment and hiring teams to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
- Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and other HR-related activities.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and systems.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior in all interactions with employees and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Key Stakeholders.
Shrm-Cp Or Shrm-Scp Certification Preferred.
