- Support the implementation of HSI projects by assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
- Conduct data analysis and research to support the development and evaluation of HSI projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets.
- Coordinate meetings and events related to HSI projects.
- Conduct outreach and engagement efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the community.
- Identify and address any project-related challenges or obstacles.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the success of HSI projects.
- Stay up-to-date on current social justice issues and trends to inform project planning and implementation.
- Uphold the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the work.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance project management skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Other duties as assigned to support the success of HSI projects and the State of Colorado's mission.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Project Management, Business Administration, Or Public Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Or Administrative Support, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Diverse Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite, Including Excel, Word, And Powerpoint.
